怎么安装Kylix3啊?

今天刚下了一个KYLIX3 不知道怎么安装
我tar完了后试着用 sh setup.sh 然后出来什么协议啦 README啦 然后就到这里了:

是不是我弄错了  应该怎么装呢? 还有Borland官方给的那个license key文件什么时候用啊? 谢谢
