请问linux下是否有JPEG原代码？

要将原始视频数据流（通过USB获得）转换为jpeg图象格式，请问Linux是否自带有jpeg的原代码？或者哪儿可获得？多谢指点！

另外 http://mjpeg.sourceforge.net 是一个不错的选择
