奇怪的声卡问题????

我是装RH9.0的.声卡是CMI3738的..
安装时声卡可以用.但我有一个月时间没用这台电脑.现在用LINUX时声卡就出问题了.出现了art信息:

sound server informational message:
Error while initializing the sound driver:
derive /dev/dsp can't be opened
(Device or resource busy)
the sound server with continue,using the null output device

请问是什么原因.怎么样解决??
请求帮助!!!!!
