用一张liveCD
然后仔细研究一下dd命令
我觉得就可以了
而且
我向来是重新安装的
我把 / /home /usr /usr/local单独分区安装时只格式化/和/usr分区，其他数据保留，唯一可能需要备份的就是/etc中的一些设置了
