RH起动web但是无法访问

安装默认的http服务,
拷贝到/var/www/html  一个简单的index.php
浏览器输入http://192.168.0.1
显示 RH 的"test page"

如果http://192.168.0.1/index.php,就会出错:
Forbidden

我把那个/etc/httpd/conf.d/welcome.conf.文件都删除了, 还是这个页面
以前设置过一次, 什么问题都没有的,,,到底怎么了?

注意index.php文件的权限，/var/www/html目录的权限，httpd.conf文件中有没有定义php？
