ChangeLog:
- Adds an option: Reject messages from strangers.
- [LINUX] Auto status switch.

Bugs fixed:
- Auto popup problem when not in dialog mode.
- Do not automatically update user's info or contact's details after retrieving an existing user.
- Closes all windows before switching user.
- The system message dialog is not aware of rich messages.
- Updates the caption of the message session dialog when when we are offline.
- [WIN] Auto status is limited to only the main window.
- [LINUX] Compling failed when gcc is newer.
- [LINUX] Sending a message is slow when user is behind a firewall.
- [KDE] Double click the tray icon may make the main window invisible.

在linqt.pro中,把DB_OLD的定义去掉

我新装了fedora，就不能用了，恰巧没装kde，也编译不了，能不能新发布一个啊

但是libkdeui.so -->libkdeui.so.4.2.0
      libkdeui.so.4--> libkdeui.so.4.2.0
都已经存在于系统中了。怎么还说找不到这个库文件呢？
经过了 ldconfig  之后，还是不行。
