kde 3.1 rc1 released

KDE 3.1 RC1 tarballs are ready and uploaded:

ftp://ktown.kde.org/pub/kde/unstable/kde-3.1-rc1/src

The tag in CVS is ARTS_1_1_0_RELEASE for arts and KDE_1_1_0_RELEASE for the
rest.

The tarballs aren't 100% yet, there are some build problems in kde-i18n
still and kdebindings and some minor glitches, will fix them till RC2,
scheduled for next monday.

Please help identify showstopper issues. And please, its now to late for
"lets sneak in this last little code cleanup". Bugfixes ONLY (with
references to bugs.kde.org number if possible), preferable reviewed.

Dear translators, please ensure that your checkins compile. Please run
the check_po_files script on your files before the checkin and fix the
errors.
