no easy i think, u can try to copy the .config file in u 2.4.20-18.9 kernel to 2.4.21 dir. but redhat may add something non-standand. then u need modify the file by hand.

linux config file is only some CONFIG_XX = y/n/m. so u can edit it directly if u want. freedom.
