WineX安装后运行出错，高手帮忙看看啊

这是在RH9下安装了公社的WineX的RPM包后的结果
[root@localhost root]# cd /temp
[root@localhost temp]# winex Mscc3.exe
bash: winex: command not found
[root@localhost temp]#

想删除可是却.........
[root@localhost root]# rpm -e WineX
error: package WineX is not installed
[root@localhost root]#

想重新安装，可是提示包已经安装了，怎么办啊，有啥办法能让WineX跑起来？

rpm -e winex－版本号，应该是这样吧，或者用rpm -qa|grep winex查查。
另外winex3运行的是winex3.

命令是这样吧？
[root@localhost temp]# winex3 Mscc3.exe
bash: /usr/bin/winex3: 权限不够
[root@localhost temp]#
为什么还运行不了啊？
