哪里有I2C的补丁呀?

想安装LM_Sensors.看文档说需要I2C
RH9自带的内核有,但是官方站点的内核源码没有
那个lm_sensors-2.7.0有没有I2C的补丁呀?我看了半天没明白呀.

for u 2.4.20 u need download 2.4.20-i2c_sensors.tar.gz (262909) and patch one by one.

我用的是官方下载的2.4.20内核，编译I2C。而且内核也没有I2C的补丁。sensors-detect通不过。

没打过补丁,怎么打呀,一般是什么命令?谢谢

most of the time, u can use -p1. u can see man to know the difference of p0 and p1. although it is difficult to understand.
a simple way is go correct dir. for kernel source, u always go linux-2.x.x-x/.
then cat ....patch | patch -p1. or zcat ..patch.gz |patch -p1 where the ..patch and ..patch.gz is u patch file name.

~~~no, even kernel has this, it is still need be installed. at least a newer version or some other difference. i am checking and will tell u the detail difference later.

3.2 How do I know which chips I own?
We have an excellent program that scans all your hardware. It is called sensors-detect and is installed in /usr/local/sbin by make install. Just execute this script, and it will tell you.
Chip detection in the drivers is fairly good. That means that it is usually harmless to insert more chip drivers than you need. However, this can still lead to problems, so we do not recommend it.
If sensors-detect didn't find any sensors, either you don't have any, or the ones you have, we don't support. (Look at your motherboard for candidates, then see Help)

so next time, pls read faq carefully, that give u far more info then u can get from here.
