     我的一位朋友正好买了台微软路由器然后要我帮他检测。Ping 终端没有成功，不过在检测的过程发现有趣的事情，就是在检测端口的时候包括在TCP/IP的反馈信息'i586-pc-linux-gnu'。呵呵这是否意味着微软要提供这台路由器的linux的源代码

      微软最近推出了Windows Server 2003用来反抗UNIX 和GNU/Linux的市场占有份额，可是微软却忽略他们自己正在使用Linux。看起来似乎微软不能使用Windows Server 2003作为自己的windows网页的服务器系统，所以微软在Akamai网站征求解决方案。细查Akamai version的版本就知道Akamai网站正在运行Linux。

不仅与此，微软有许多基于linux的Akamai刀片服务器在微软自己的microsoft.com网站，下列是一些列表：

Microsoft uses Linux?

This Slashdot article today makes an interesting discovery:


One of my friends just got a Microsoft router and asked me to check the security features for it. The ping denial doesn't work, which is good because a port scan found some pretty interesting things, including this string in the TCP/IP fingerprint: 'i586-pc-linux-gnu'. Does that mean Microsoft must provide Linux source to purchasers of this product?

Microsoft recently launched Windows Server 2003, which they are marketing against UNIX and GNU/Linux. However, they neglect to mention that they themselves use Linux. It looks as though they couldn't get Windows to handle the load of their Windows Server 2003 page, so they enlisted the help of Akamai. An examination of the Akamai version shows that they are running Linux.

It doesn't stop there. Microsoft has many Linux-based Akamai boxes within the microsoft.com domain itself. Here are a few:
