msys2+mingw32编译skyeye 1.3.5出错，怎么解决？

用msys2+mingw32编译skyeye 1.3.5出现错误
执行autogen.sh
出现libtoolize:   error: AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIRS([libltdl/m4]) conflicts with ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS=-I m4.

mingw32为msys2内置的4.9.2版，
