你的python安装了么？还有你的编译安装的过程有没有问题，正确的编译安装过程如下：
1、./autogen.sh
2、automake
3、autoconf
4、./configure
5、make lib
5、make
6、make install_lib
7、make install

还有skyeye的正确使用方法是：skyeye -n -e arm_hello
