cygwin下skyeye报Error opening registry key的错误，求助

已经安装了openvpn2.0，但还是会有以下信息：
[TAP-WIN32]:Error opening registry key:（乱码）
[TAP-WIN32]:ERROR: SkyEye requires a TAP-Win32 driver that is at least version 1241176.1249036
Please install from http://prdownloads.sourceforge.n ... 0_beta2-install.exe
请问是什么原因造成的呢？谢谢！
