红帽9.0装在 vmware上
skyeye-1.2.9_rc1.tar.gz 编译安装
[root@localhost bin]# cd /opt
[root@localhost opt]# ls
skyeye
[root@localhost opt]# cd skyeye
[root@localhost skyeye]# ls
bin  include  info  lib  testsuite
[root@localhost skyeye]# cd bin
[root@localhost bin]# ls
mknandflashdump  prof_convert  skyeye  uart_instance
[root@localhost bin]# skyeye
bash: skyeye: command not found
[root@localhost bin]# ./skyeye

目前没有在Redhat9测试过。在以下四个平台测试没有发现你所说的问题：
suse10.3+ x86_64
suse 11 + i386
ubuntu 9.04 + x86_64
ubuntu 9.04 + i386
