构造GNUARM 编译器 出错，高手帮忙看看一下

第一步构造binutils 时出错了：
显示如下

cygwin 我选的完全安装，肯定装了GCC的，怎么还会报错了，

建议你从二进制安装，自己构建整套交叉编译器没必要
