毕业设计老师要我设计一个天气预报自动生成器，每天自动更新，在linux下完成。
我已经找到了一个提供天气预报的网站，但是怎样把上面的数据弄下来？？？

this is his thesis design, not a real product. so he can not spend too much time on reading evolution code in order to implement such a small function.
for simple way, install a kylix, import that wsdl, generate code, should less than one hour.
