SkyEye-0.9.8 with gdb-6.4

Now the SkyEye-0.9.8 can work with gdb-6.4. That can be used on
some newest linux distribution, such as suse 10.1 and fedora core 5
etc. Just do some minor modification to port SkyEye-0.9.8 to gdb-6.4.
