安装glib-2.2.1,atk-1.2.0, 问题

我在RedHat linux8安装了pkg-config-0.14.0,然后再安装glib-2.2.1,atk-1.2.0,
gtk+=2.2.1 and Pango-1.2.1，当安装到atk执行./configure时
出现错误：

我试了运行
设置了/etc/ld.so.conf 加了 /usr/local
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig
后在执行./configure

错误还是一样

不知为什么?
