rpm and dpkg

I didn't install the tool for inputting Chinese words,so I can't insert Chinese.
I want to ask a question :I have download a rpm bag of flict,I know I can use the command -----rpm -ivh .....,but where can I find the location     of where it is installed,who can help me !
By the way ,I want to ask in which file the bash that "sui ji qi dong cheng xu " put?
