急问apache

急问apache启动的时候把网站放到/var/www/html/下不用改/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf文件直接启动就可以是吧？？？但是我的机器怎么老是显示测试页啊？还有一台显示403forbidden，要是把/var/www/html下的index.html改成一个别的名字就显示测试页，急急~~~高手帮帮忙啊~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
