显卡安装问题和分辨率

我的是tnt2的,cpu是雷鸟的,升级过几次,但都不成功,进不了x windows
装kerel包是下面这样的

Linux lw81814 2.4.20-2.48 #1 Thu Feb 13 11:52:40 EST 2003 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux
版本是redhat8.0的
你给我的那个都试了,都不行.
文件夹有 debug linux-2.4 linux-2.4.20-2.48 redhat
也按照升级新驱动装过了,但都进不了xwindow
