关于APACHE运行CGI程序报错

各位DX请进，小弟有一个十分辣手的问题，APACHE安装好了，运行一个基于CGI的应用时，总是出现“500 Internal Server Error”这个错误。具体的LOGS在附件里，大家行行好，帮帮忙，看看这个问题怎么解决，

不能访问各目录下的 .htaccess 。
你装的什么东东居然要访问 .htaccess？ 好好看该东东的安装文档。
