vsftpd问题

我的ftp服务器只能匿名访问
刚刚装好系统以后稍稍配置了一下是可以的,升级了vsftpd以后就有这个问题了,具体问题是这样的:
升级安装好以后启动:service vsftpd restart
提示:不认识的服务.

然后这样启动: /etc/init.d/xinetd restart(有查过有的机子上这个命令的路径可能有点出入)
就启动成功了,不过和我安装的fcitx有点冲突(这个fcitx没有影响vsftpd,我想):

停止 xinetd： [ 确定 ]
启动 xinetd：已经存在另一个同名服务程序 fcitx
[ 确定 ]

现在在浏览器中只能匿名登录:
ftp://172.16.4.18(本机地址)
就直接进入系统的/var/ftp/lee目录.
根本没有弹出要输入帐号和密码的窗口.
我在终端下用系统中的帐号也是不能登录的.如下:
[root@JszxLee /]# ftp 172.16.4.18

(这里用ftp用户登录的时候是可以进入的)

我是允许匿名登录的,在/etc/vsftpd.ftpusers文件中是允许本机用户登录的.
这个问题困扰了好几天了.................
寻求了几个地方,还没有解决这个问题.........

前面的#去掉
再看看上下文中的选项。配置适合需要的选项。
