关于dhcpd的问题?

我运行[root@ml ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/dhcpd start后出现:

我已经按照你的配置改过了,但还是出现错误,但这次好像是提示地址/var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases没有dhcpd.leases,但我已经touch /var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases为什么还会出现:
