Big file opening problem in QT

Sorry I can not input Chinese.
I want to open a file which is bigger than 2 GB in QT. But QFile:

pen(const QString &filename) failed because the size of file was too big. How can I modify the options to overcome this problem?

I used qt 3.3.2
try
./configure -thread -largefile -newabi
