httpd配置问题,急!

先声明我是一个新手!下面某些名词肯可能不大准确@
  问题是这样的
  1. 我在root用户下配置http服务,IP地址:192.168.0.114.一切正常!通过浏览器可以访问到自己设置的主页,http://192.168.0.114
  2. 重启后以oracle用户启动,再用http://192.168.0.114访问我的主页,错误如下:
  Gateway Timeout
  The following error occurred:
   A gateway timeout occurred. The server is unreachable.
   Retry the request.(GATEWAY_TIMEOUT)
  3. 但是在同一局域网其他机器均可以访问到我的主页
  4. 检查服务是否启动:httpd (pid 1720 1719 1718 1717 1715 1714 1713 1712 1685) is running...
  5. ping 192.168.0.114

而且用http://localhost 便可访问到
