如何配置Sundance ST201的网卡

我的网卡是Sundance ST201可是我的Linux无法启用这张网卡，在启动中能检测出网卡。我看了网卡驱动程序盘里面没有给Linux的驱动程序。只有如下的文字：Tenda Tel8139d Based Fast Ethernet 10/100 Adapter


For Linux kernel-2.4, Tel8139d driver can be found and initiailied
by a compatible Fast Ethernet driver "sundance.o" under the net module directory.
Its source code is under /usr/src/linux2.4/drivers/net directory.

我该怎么做才能使我的网卡启动？
