FTP关闭后无法启动

我今天刚学会用proftp架设FTP服务器，可没多久就出问题了，就是我运行了service proftpd stop成功关闭服务之后，再运行service proftpd start，出现错误提示：
[root@cash cashlu]# service proftpd start
正在启动 proftpd： - Fatal: <Anonymous>: directive not allowed in <Anonymous> context [失败 ]

以下是我的proftpd.conf的内容：
