装载tar包时老是装不上出现下列提示

把tar包解开后进入文件的目录 ,进行下列命令
#./configure
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... configure: error: newly created file is older than distributed files!
Check your system clock
为啥呀,在子前我对系统进行了优化谢谢指教急急!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
