为什么我的xfce没有办法启动xcin?

每次在shell下输入xcin后提示:

debian 上我的 xcin 在 gb2312 上也无法工作，改了一下就行了。

弄好了,我把以前的xcin给删除了重新装了个rpm包就好了
现在在XFCE下直接就可以用了
不过还是不知道在哪里设置locale为gb2312
