it finally works in in my linux today!
if you wanna do it on your computer running linux, follow me.
1. intstalling a linux system in your compter, for example, redhat linux9
2. downloading some essential rpm packags:
gaim-0.75-0rh9.i386.rpm        gtkspell-devel-2.0.4-fr3.i386.rpm
gaim-devel-0.75-0rh9.i386.rpm  libao-0.8.3-3.i386.rpm
gtkspell-2.0.4-fr3.i386.rpm    pspell-devel-0.12.2-16.i386.rpm
3. installing those funking rpm packages
4.typing gaim in a terminal

I am so sorry to say that i dont have a account in oicq or icq, so i cant test those chatting software.
