[HELP]vnet-v0.2 编译出错?

I downloaded vnet-v0.2 onto my RH 9 and typed 'make vnet.o'.
After a while it ends with the following Error msg.
has anybody an idea that could help me?

you should use standard linux kernel src code, don't use rh9's kernel src code.
I tested vnet in linux--2.4.20.
