我需要在一个linux cluster(64 cpu)上运行windows下用v-fortran编译的程序。
但是我没有管理员权限。我又懒得移植到linux下，重新编译代码。因为不兼容
改写要花很多时间。
所以需要一个不要安装就能模拟的工具！！！

不用安装？是什么意思？没有管理员权限不影响安装软件啊，你总会有写自己家目录的权限吧。

make install需要root：)
我把路径设置为~

/sbin/ldconfig

这个make install不一定非得用root，只是root方便些而已。你完全可以自己处理。
