拜托，用squid同时做正向代理和反向代理出错！？

现在我用一台有两块网卡的Linux服务器ServerA做网关。
ServerA的对外IP是a.b.c.d，对内IP是192.168.1.50
局域网内有一台运行Web服务器ServerB的IP是192.168.1.99
现在局域网里面的机器要通过这台Linux服务器访问Internet，同时又要令Internet上的机器可以访问ServerB上的Web服务。

所以我在ServerA上装了squid，同时做正向代理和反向代理。
squid.conf文件的内容如下：

结果局域网内的机器可以访问Internet，但是Internet上的机器就不能访问192.168.1.99上的Web服务。
用IE浏览a.b.c.d，显示的错误是：
Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.



我该怎么办呢？
