replace MS VB by kdevelop-3

Do you think this kdev-3 and C/C++ are the best combination
for replacing MS VB in many China schools programing classes?

Can this combination produce programs with graphical interface?

The goal is for elementry schools and junior and high schools,
so the requirement is for learning only, not for product development.

中国的很多学校开设C课程，用的turbo C，kdevelop肯定可以没有任何问题的替代了。

至于VB，我想如果仅仅为了学习，VB可能什么东西都学不到，从语言来讲，C++当然是比VB更值得学习的。

kdevelop+qt-designer可以完成所有QT, KDE控件的UI设计，产生可直接用于编译编译的代码，去apps.kde.com看看，很多project是用kdevelop开发的。

同时kdevelop可以（正在完善）提供ada,java,python,pyqt, php,shell等多种编程环境，当然，php可以使用quanta或者php-mole，python和pyqt可以用eric3, java用eclipse, ada用gps，都是不错的IDE.

就开源的C/C++ IDE来讲，最好的肯定是kdevelop了，已经具备企业级的品质。

I looked one kdevelop's tutorial, it uses C++.
I worry about that for a new learner, C++ maybe too advance.
Could you configurate the kdevelop to use C only?
