adsl usb modem执行cxstart.sh有错误

上在那个"无法指定被请求的地址"和"PVC"是什么意思呢？还要设置哪些地方才行，现在不能上网，用adsl-setup建立连接后执行adsl-start什么反应都没有，我该怎么办？(系统是RH9，用pppoe拨号)望不惜赐教。
