关于gaim使用oicq的代理问题!!!!!!!!!!!

My computer is in LAN. In windows environment we need proxy client program if we want use the OICQ and
ICQ.
I want to know HOW toconfigure the gaim in Linux.I had installed the gaim0.58 and the libqq,but I cannot login,I ever closed the firewall.
