虚拟机VBox装LUBUNTU的问题

虚拟机：VirtualBox
Linux：LUbuntu 14.04
笔记本上用虚拟机安装好系统后，不能设置分辨率为1366*768，只有640*480这个选项。在网上搜索问题，发现是没有安装虚拟机的增强工具包，于是按如下操作来做：
更新新立得软件包
sudo apt-get install build-essential
sudo apt-get install module-assistant
sudo apt-get install dkms
sudo apt-get install virtualbox-guest-x11
sudo m-a prepare
加载VirtualBox增强工具包的ISO
sudo sh /media/username/VBOXADDITIONS_4.2.18_88780/VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

在building the Virtual Box Guest Additions kernel modules这一步时，编译提示如下：
The headers for the current running kernels were not found. If the following module compilation fails then this could be the reason.

然后，在Builing the OpenGL support module ...时失败，又在Installing the Window System drivers时提示：
Warning: unknown version of the x Window System installed. Not installing X Window System drivers.

于是，我还是不能设置分辨率。
请问怎么解决这个问题？

升级 vbox 到最新版。
另外，你前面的命令里面是不是没有装 kernel-header 或者 kernel-devel 一类的当前内核的开发头文件而导致 vbox 的驱动没有找到头文件而无法编译？
