We are seeking for several mobile phone UI & Middleware SW developers who will work for mobile product programs in the areas of analysis, design, implementation, and validation of SW features. You will have the chance to join our great teams to develop mainstream feature phones and smart phones for the world’s leading manufacturers or solution providers
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• M.Sc/B.Sc in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Tele-communication or equivalent
• Strong and demonstrable C/C++ language coding experience within at least 2 recent years. The C/C++ language coding skills is critical to this position and will be heavily assessed
• Demonstrable UI framework, middleware and applications coding experience in recent years
• Understand basic SW development and quality processes, like Agile
• Familiar with version control tools, Git is highly preferred
• Good command of English reading and writing
SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• You are expected to be open-minded, honest, easy-going and with a high sense of responsibility
• Demonstrating a strong commitment to any job assignments, and be able to achieve them effectively with a self-motivated attitude and little supervision
• You are expected to have strong and proactive problem solving skills and certainly a good team work attitude
• Be flexible and capable of working on varies of mobile technology platforms
• Proven strong learning capability

技术要求
• 计算机科学、电子及通信工程专业本科及以上学历
• 有近期且三年以上的使用C/C++语言进行软件开发工作的经验，C/C++语言编程技能是这个职位的必备技能，面试时将会被重点评测
• 在近期职业经历中表现出丰富的UI应用以及中间件开发者优先

Embeded SW Developer
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for several low-level SW developers who will work for mobile product programs in the areas of analysis, design, implementation, and validation of SW features. You will have the chance to join our great teams to develop mainstream feature phones and smart phones for the world’s leading manufacturers or solution providers
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• M.Sc/B.Sc in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Tele-communication or equivalent
• Strong and demonstrable C language coding experience for embedded systems within at least 2 recent years. The C language coding skill is critical to this position and will be heavily assessed
• Solid knowledge on the OS core features like the memory management, IPC, clock, registers and interruptions etc.
• Understand basic SW development and quality processes, like Agile
• Familiar with version control tools like Synergy and ones alike
• Good command of English reading and writing
• Expertise in any of the following areas will be seen as a big plus:
o base-porting, peripheral drivers, telephony, connectivity (USB/BT/WLAN), system performance measurement, power management, and memory leak tracing
o Analyze and debug system level issues
o HW debugging tools (Lauterbach, and ones alike)

• 理解操作系统的核心功能，例如内存管理，进程间通信，时钟，寄存器以及中断
• 熟悉版本控制工具，如Synergy, SVN或类似的工具
• 熟悉软件开发及质量控制流程，了解敏捷开发模式
• 有良好的英语阅读及写作能力
• 在以下方面有实践经验者将被优先考虑：
o 系统移植、外设驱动、Telephony、连通性（如USB、蓝牙以及WLAN）、系统性能调优、电源管理、内存泄漏与管理
o 跟踪、分析及解决系统软件问题
o 熟悉硬件调试设备，如Lauterbach或其他类似工具
