我想请教一下关于REDHAT9.0下的gcc的问题

redhat9.0下是不是没有安装gcc呢?应该不会吧?但是我在编译MPLAYER时他却显示gcc出错,问题显示如下:
Error: Bad gcc version

Check "configure.log" if you do not understand why it failed.
[root@Godloveall MPlayer-0.90]# ./configure -enable-gui
Detected operating system: Linux
Detected host architecture: i386
Checking for gcc version ... not found
Checking for gcc-3.1 version ... not found
Checking for gcc3 version ... not found
Checking for gcc-3.0 version ... not found
Checking for cc version ... not found
这种问题在以前编译NVIDIA的source文件时也出现过,当时说gcc版本太低,要求我安装新版本.
请问这到底是怎么回事?

可能你没有安装
在“系统设置”的“添加删除程序”里看一下(我用的是KDE)
RH9.0里的 gcc 版本是 3.2.2

u can try 'gcc -v' if show command not found, then u do not have gcc. if u do not choose development when u install linux, u will not have it. u can install from cd

多谢!我选择了安装开发工具,在检测软件关联时出现需要先安装krb5-libs和openssl这两个软件包.可是我找了很久也没找到.郁闷~

u can search from redhat.com, rpmfind.net and u cd. u should be able to find them.
