LAMP安装时的问题！望大哥们解答下

安装LAMP时候出问题了  错作系统是64位FC7，前期安装都还行 装到PHP时候出错误 错误提示是
against `a local symbol' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC
/usr/local/openssl/lib/libssl.a: could not read symbols: Bad value
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [libphp5.la] 错误 1
指令如下

MAKE 以后就出问题了 问题在那里？64位的操作系统在安装openssl时候是否该注意些什么？
我安装的 方法是照 这个安装的
