编译bind 9.2.6出现以下问题，实在找不出答案，请大侠给予解答，怎样获得isc-config.sh这文件呢，我查看过了，在/usr/local/bin下确实没有这样文件，请问这文件做什么用呢，我怎样获得这文件呢，以下是安装出错提示：
