RH8; WU-FTP匿名用户上传问题

failing

匿名用户不能在我的FTP上上传, 但是REAL用户就可以.
我想可能是INCOMING目录的权限问题,可是我已经把权限设为777了.
下面是我的FTP的一些信息:

但是我想问问,我用ls看incoming,拥有人是root

怎么把他们改成ftp
