《永恒大陆》是一款正在开发中的免费网游，该游戏实际上已经可玩，但开发商EL Development仍在不断地为游戏增加新元素。这是一款结合开发者与玩家思想的作品，游戏的客户端甚至开放源代码！而开发商则在官网首页大幅刊登广告，欢迎乐于参加游戏策划开发的朋友联系他们，共同推进游戏进程。

该游戏的主程序兼项目规划Radu Privantu对C语言推崇备至，而《永恒大陆》这个游戏实际上完全是用C语言编撰而成，并支持SDL和OpenGL技术。

我到他们官方网站看了，有for  linux版本下载，以下是他们官网的说明
To play in Linux:
download the zip file, and unzip it cd to the directory where you isntalled it chmod to 775 and execute el.x86.linux.bin
Also, the zip file has no base directory, so you should unzip it in a new directory you create.
To play under FreeBSD, download the Linux version, download the code from the CVS, and use the freebsd make file
