linux 服务器，系统提示要求进行维护
/Error reading block 434(Attempt to read block from file system result in short read) while doing inode scan.
/usr: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsk MANUALLY
(i.e., without -a or -p Options)
*** An error occurred during the file system check.
*** Dropping you to a shell; the system will reboot
*** When you leave the shell.
Give root password for maintenance
(or type control-D for normal startup):
Thats the last message on monitor, and i type Control-D the system reboot and for the end show that message again.

请问是什么原因造成的，如何解决，谢谢。

机器已经很明确告诉你怎么做了。
就是让你用root密码登陆后用fsck修复。
