winxp下cygwin中安装skyeye问题－－求助

小弟，近日从网站上新下载一个cygwin，在winxp下面安装后，安装skyeye软件。步骤如下：
tar jxfv skyeye-0.8.6.tar.bz2
cd skyeye
  ./configure --target=arm-elf --prefix=/usr/local
这些都没有问题，一切都OK，运行 make命令时出现下面错误，请各位大侠不吝赐教，给小弟指条明路，小弟在这叩谢了。
