移植armlinux到skyeye平台遇到得问题

第一个问题：
在cp －dpR  /dev /mnt/img/dev
得时候 有几个文件提示没有这个文件和目录
比如说arp cua4 socket udp
这是怎么回事啊？为什么我得dev没有nie？我得redhat9明明是完全安装了啊？
各位得linux下有这些文件么？
第二个问题
呵呵，估计主要是第一个问题没有解决得事，最后作出来得根文件系统在skyeye平台上运行不起来，出现下面得提示

第三个问题：
我做得这个根文件系统是不是可以运用到其他得平台上啊，比如我现在要一直linux到arm板上，就差根文件系统了，直接用这个应该可以吧！？
